Episode 5 Paul Georgieff vs Troy Mandaloniz

Mac Danzig in the previous episode helps Blake Bowman but that changes quickly with this episode. Blake Bowman gets the brunt of Danzig's ego with the start of this episode. I guess Bowman would have been better off if he was a fly or a bee. Danzig's attitude is going to be his downfall. Danzig's "at one with nature" is just as much as a joke as Bowman's continual joking.

The defining moment of this episode is when Paul Georgieff was given the news that his cousin had recently passed. This is the first time where a fighter gets to leave and come back. There was only 1 catch, he would have to fight before he left.

The run up to this fight has Georgieff talking up his ground skills and Mandaloniz as the brawler. The first round was a quick one. There was a quick exchange of fists and a good kick by Georgieff. Then it went to the ground. After a failed Kimura attempt by Georgieff the fighters are back on their feet. Once back on their feet Mandaloniz hurts Georgieff with a perfect punch "right on the button" and is out before he hits the mat. Georgieff has to definately work his standup or his career is over before it is started. This was a great win by Mandaloniz.
