Ryan Gracie dies while in police custody on December 12th. The Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt and mixed martial arts fighter, Ryan Gracie, was found dead in the cell where he was being held at a police station in Sao Paulo after having been accused of car theft in the city of Sao Paulo. Police have currently state that Ryan Gracie, 33 years old, was alone in his cell when he died. It is unclear whether the car crash or the or his apprehension by local citizens had anything to due with his death.
